Please note that our cakes differ from traditional bakery cakes – we don't write on them and don't use traditional buttercream as our cakes are always dairy-free. Our buttercreams are unique in that they use whole-food ingredients, and are mostly raw! We use steamed sweet potatoes in some of our frosting to get that buttercream texture.
We also never use food coloring. All of our natural coloring comes from beets, greens, spirulina, or berry powders
