I'm a holistic nutrition-based chef, passionate about creating delicious and nourishing farm-to-table menus for retreats. I've been hosting my own retreats with Pure Joy Planet for the past decade and love being on the retreat host side of things as well as behind the scenes in the kitchen!

Whether you're hosting a yoga, coaching, business, or spiritually-minded retreat, I love creating beautiful meals that satisfy all dietary needs and restrictions.

I understand that food is more than just fuel for the body - it carries memories and emotions as well. That's why I aim to create food that nourishes not only your body but also your soul. Even though I don't use ingredients like gluten or refined sugar, I promise that my cuisine is full of flavor, dynamic textures, and visual appeal.

What you can expect

I work directly with local farmers to source the freshest ingredients for your meals. My menus are 99% organic all of the time!

Working closely with you, I tailor menus to meet the specific dietary needs and preferences of your group. My background is in vegetarian and vegan cuisine so working with dairy or egg allergies is a breeze. As a celiac, my menus are alway gluten-free.

From vibrant and diverse breakfast bars to elegant plated dinners and decadent desserts, my focus is on providing both culinary sophistication and optimal health and wellness. As a nutrition coach, my offerings are nutrition forward and scratch made. You won't find pre-made, processed foods in my kitchen.

My commitment extends beyond the kitchen. I take pride in presenting beautifully plated meals and maintaining an aesthetically pleasing buffet setup. My service includes grocery shopping, diligent cleanup, and ensuring a consistently clean and tidy kitchen and dining space throughout the retreat.

With over a decade of experience in hosting retreats and managing retreat kitchens, I offer invaluable insights and assistance. My specialty is gluten-free and plant-based cooking, but I'm comfortable working with all kinds of dietary preferences. I don't use inflammatory seed oils, most soy products, or fried foods because I believe in a holistic approach to nutrition. Instead, I use healthy fats like olive oil, coconut oil, and avocado oil.

If you have a specific vision, intentions, physical expectations, and energetic alignment through food, I'm always happy to create customized menus just for you. I've worked with a variety of dietary preferences for years and I'm confident that I can create something delicious and satisfying for everyone.
