Chia, the Mayan word for strength, is a powerhouse superfood, loaded with healthy omega fats, protein, antioxidants, and dietary fiber. Chia seeds have a mild, nutty flavor, and since they can absorb twelve times their weight in liquid and are loaded with protein and fiber, they're ideal for hydration and appetite satiation in our bar. We fresh grind and soak our chia seeds before adding to the bar for optimal digestion and absorption. The soaked chia helps bind the bar while providing a deliciously soft, chewy texture.

Our hemp protein powder is certified organic, naturally gluten-free, and has a luxuriously fine texture. With 50% protein, 26% fiber (90% insoluble, 10% soluble), magnesium, iron and zinc, and beneficial fats, our hemp protein powder is one of nature's perfect superfoods.

Our hemp protein powder has been gently cold-processed, without the use of hexane, a harsh chemical solvent used to process non-organic soy protein powders. Everything in this bar is pure plant power.

Our 100% pure organic whole mushroom fruiting body full-spectrum extract has been shown to boost nerve growth factor, helping with brain repair, maintenance, and regeneration. It may also enhance memory and concentration. Our hot water extracted lion's mane extract has a neutral taste and provides the brain power our customers desire.

One of our favorite superfoods, this blue green algae is abundant in amino acids, chlorophyll, vitamins, and minerals. Spirulina is 60–70% protein and contains all of the essential amino acids, making it the highest known natural plant source of complete protein. We use a certified organic, surprisingly great tasting, high quality, U.S.-grown spirulina.

is an incredible source of chlorophyll and absorbable nutrients, with 50–60% protein so it’s a complete protein source and contains all nine essential amino acids. Chlorella is also a powerful detoxifier and provides essential nutrition in the bar. The cell wall in our certified organic chlorella has been broken down to ensure digestibility and absorption. 

Maca is a powerful adaptogen that has been known to support a healthy endocrine system, be able to modulate the immune system, and support one’s energy levels. Maca has a pleasantly nutty and malty flavor which provides another layer of depth to the bar’s flavor. Our maca is certified organic and gelatinized (heat extracted) making it easier to digest and absorb its vital nutrients. 

Lucuma fruit originated in Peru and is known to Peruvians as the “Gold of the Incas.” It has been cherished for centuries as a staple food source for antioxidants. Lucuma is low on the glycemic index so it makes a great natural sweetener that will not spike blood sugar levels. Our certified organic lucuma powder provides a natural caramel-like sweetness and creaminess to the inner and outer layers of the bar.

Our beloved mesquite is derived from a tree pod and provides a rich and decadent flavor reminiscent of graham crackers. Mesquite powder is a great source of vitamins and minerals, including calcium, fiber, protein, and amino acids. Its delicious sweet taste and low glycemic index helps to satisfy hunger, and stabilize blood sugar, making it an ideal sweetener for the bar.

Hailed as the "Food of the Gods", cacao contains the highest concentration of magnesium and antioxidants of any food on the planet.  After cold pressing the bean and the cacao butter (fat) is removed, the leftover fruit becomes the cacao powder. Our 100% pure organic, raw cacao powder possesses a luxuriously fine texture and rich flavor that is a superior, healthy alternative to conventional, highly-processed dutch cocoa.

Our certified organic carob powder is made from select carob pods that are lightly roasted to bring out its naturally sweet flavor. Often used as a cacao substitute, carob has a unique combination of polyphenols and fibers that may aid in improving digestion and managing blood sugar levels. Carob provides another level of depth and natural sweetness in the bar.
