Katelyn has been in the health food industry for over a decade, with years of experience in nutrition, herbalism, and holistically based cheffing and teaching.

After overcoming her own health challenges and food allergies, she's spent the last 13 years teaching her vegan gluten-free desserts around the world and now has a booth at Rillito Park Farmer's Market in Tucson every Sunday - where you will find her Superfood Energy Bars and a variety healthy vegan, gluten-free, processed sugar-free and organic desserts.

She selects all ingredients responsibly (always organic) and uses natural sweeteners sparingly. Her goal is to make eating vegan and gluten-free delicious and satisfying without sacrificing taste and texture.
